40% to 50% usage on GPU and CPU

Hi, i have a prebuilt with a Ryzen 5 2600 with 16GB 2666mhz overclocked to 3000mhz and a overclocked 1660 super. My GPU and CPU are only being used 40% to 50% while playing Fortnite and i get 110 fps but with constant and massive fps drops to 40-50 fps , normally i have a stable 165 fps with pretty much no drops. Settings: Pretty much everything on medium apart from post  processing and effects which are on low and 3D resolution on 100%. It's very weird because it only happened today and when i benchmark with MSI Kombustor my GPU is being used 100%

Is the ram at 3000mhz RN, or was it reset?

RAM is still at 3000mhz and has been overclocked for like 1+ month

didn't work still massive fps drops, even on the lowest settings

i reset the ram back to 2666mhz and still the same

I was having the same issue (I still have it but found a way to make it playable at least). Did you find a solution to that issue?
