making the display bigger then it actually is

so I accidently made the resolution bigger then my screen now it just loses signal every time i try and open it I've uninstalled it but it doesn't work I have no idea to fix this issue

OK, let me clarify: you set the screen resolution higher than that of your monitor now the game won't work? Did you change the resolution in the graphics drivers, Windows, or the game?

Uninstall your GPU driver and reinstall.
