Hi, 

 

     I have a Toshiba C665 Notebook. I am giving to a friend and wanted to put an SSD I have laying around into it. The SSD I have is 9mm would this fit into my laptop. Currently it has a Toshiba 5400rpm Toshiba Laptop hard drive.

Couldn't you measure the HDD to see if it'll fit or do a test fit?

I don't mean to seem critical, but why ask this on a forum? You don't have to ask someone if you'll fit through a door to prove if you can or not. You have the laptop and the SSD. All systems go.
