So i have a 6 pot fan hub and a6 port rgb hub...how do  i connectthe two? it looks lke a4 pin flat usb anda reg4port fan hub one ction. help

You won't be able to connect the two hubs together; each are for their separate purposes as one is for fan speed control and the other is for RGB LED control. 

 

Now if you are talking about trying to connect them to the motherboard, that's a different story. For that Silverstone PWM fan hub CPF04, you're going to need a SATA power connector from the PSU or existing SATA power for HDD/SSDs. There should be a 4 pin connector for the input fan speed from the motherboard header. Just connect this 4 pin cable to one of your motherboard's fan headers. Be sure to go in BIOS and configure the fan curve for that header for smoother operation. 

 

For the Corsair RGB fan LED hub, I'm not too familiar but I'd imagine if there are any RGB cables from the fan (Corsair), connect that to this hub. Connect the cable for RGB, I'd imagine the motherboard's RGB header. Consult your motherboard's manual and/or any documentation that came with the RGB hub.
