That's the level of information you gave us. You need to provide as much information as possible like @Electronics Wizardy said. We need a lot more information than "it doesn't work" to help you out.

 

Additionally:

Where are you not seeing the "provided Mbps" levels? Browser? Steam? Speedtests? Everything?

How are you measuring? How far off is it from what you pay for?

What speeds are you getting though? How far (average) are you from the router?

Can you give us a make/model for your computer? Makes it easier to see if you've got a 2.4Ghz capable card only or a 5Ghz capable card.
