3070 ti GPU not performing

Hi my PC is not performing 

I have a 3070ti Zotac Amp Holo

i7–7700 3.6 Hz 

One 16Gb stick 2133 MHz 

750W PSU 

Gigabyte H270N wifi board 

 

based on gpu check I should be getting 200 FPS in games like destiny and valorant 

 

I am getting only 80-100 in Destiny and 120-144 in Valorant 

 

I am so confused what is going wrong here 

 

I have updated bios. Changed Power management setting in nvidia control panel nothing

No I was not comparing YouTube videos 

 

I basically checked on GPUcheck.com and put in my config and saw the results I should be getting. Put all the details as per my system and still results are not matching the benchmarks they got 

 

but ya I do get some of the parts do need an upgrade

There are two really big bottlenecks with this system, CPU and single channel low frequency RAM.
You need to upgrade these.

Thats not how it works though . They'll calculate something but its really just an estimate and could be far off. its also probably calculated for a perfectly running system and I kinda doubt they can calculate the effects of slow single channel Ram either.

 

you can run 3dmark benchmark and then try to compare to *same* system cofigs, which will be difficult, but will def give you a better estimate imo.

For 3070 Ti, I'd suggest minimum 3600 MHz CL16. What's the budget?

I am in india so approx 100$ is my budget if I convert
