Problem with port forwarding, Windows 10 trying to get NAT type Open

Hi i have problem with port forwarding i do as it says on portforward.com or xbox site but i still have NAT moderate my modem / router is ZTE f680

1. Are you also forwarding ports through your OS’s firewall?
2. Are you on a fiber connection?
3. Does your ISP use CG-NAT?

Answer 1. once it's work only on modem site, but i do factory reset of modem cuz there were some problem, after factory there were fixed, and I don't know how port forwarding works in windows

A 3. I had CG NAT, but i bought from ISP Dynamic public IP address so they told me i'm not anymore in CG-NAT

i'm sending configuration of port forwarding of my router. More precisely i'm trying to get Open nat on Xbox live multiplayer on Windows 10
