Windows 11 was announced today, and one of the requirements was to have TPM 2.0. When I go to my UEFI, I have 2 options. Which one is the best? Photo

AMD CPU fTPM.

Route to LPC TPM (at least I think) tells your motherboard to send TPM requests and functionality to the TPM header on your motherboard, and based on what you've told us I don't think you have a discrete TPM installed.

Does the AsRock A320M-HD has this TPM header? If I have, is it better? Or is this TPM header a separate thing from your motherboard like a graphics card?

It does have a TPM header, yes.

No. A discrete TPM module is one of the things that "if you don't know what it does, you don't need it."

It's like a USB header but with more pins. You should NOT connect anything other than a TPM module to it.

if I t got a pcie tpm could I connect it to the pcie slot that the modem goes to and will I have to have anything to connect to the pcie tpm
