M2 RAID PERFORMENCE

If I put 2x 2TB M.2 NVMe SSD's into my computer and then RAID 0 it. How much performance differences would it make?

Nope raid 0 increased write speed.

 

What board? Lots of systems run all m.2 drives off the chipset, so there will be basically no speed change.

 

And there won't be a noticable performance difference either.

TRX40 AORUS MASTER yeah it runs off chipset.

What ssds are you using? 

 

The m.2 slots on your board mostly run off the cpu, so you won't have chipset speed issues.
