Help with green lines in my monitor

Hi
Off-late, these weird green lines have been appearing on my monitor
I used to ignore them, but recently they have become more and more annoying
I have attached 2 pictures, a screenshot and a photo taken from a tab
The lines don't seem to appearing in screenshots
I would be happy to provide specs of this computer
