Planning to build a PC

I've put a link with what I think could be a good build. I'd just like someone more "experienced" than me to confirm it is.

I want to PC to have space for future improvement, for it to be relatively multi functional and have a good airflow. Also, I'd rather use the case given fans atm than buy them.

Also, could someone explain PCI express 3.0 16x and PCI express 3.0 1x ? Is it compatible ?

Thanks a lot ! Do you think any improvements could be made on the parts chosen ? I could maybe put an additional 50 dollars excluding the extras (thermal paste...) so I'd take recommendations
