B450 Aorus M does not really have the VRM to handle a 5900x.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

even though it says it is supported? or do you mean it won't be able to run it as optimally as a better motherboard?

The latter.

Your system will running fine, But not a optimal way to do it, It is however a good thing to upgrade your motherboard to better one for example b550m from Aorus, But as long it is supported you can just update the bios and slap on it. And I don't thing you need to be paranoids about the motherboard VRM, Just upgrade the motherboard later on when you thing you're ready....

But also you can undervolting the CPU if you want, other than that I'll say that your system will running fine with it. At least not for a long time tho. I mean you can sell your Ryzen 5 3600x and get a better b550 board.

(Also 750 watt PSU is already enough to handle the beast)

It'll work.  Don't try to overclock, or anything.

Short term, you could run it, but you might want to consider Saving for:
New board & Faster RAM (eventually)

Then drop the 3600 back into the 450 and have a spare PC for something.

I was not planning on overclocking it at all. can you please recommend a motherboard I should buy? (is 180$ budget ok for the motherboard?)

180 Dollar is more than enough,

I might recommending Gigabyte (Because you might like gigabyte product by just looking at your current rig)

Gigabyte B550m Aorus pro p (P Version is better from my understanding)

Gigabyte B550 Aorus elite v2

MSI B550 Tomahawk

MSI B550 MEG

MSI B550 MPG

ASUS ROG B550-f (The fan favorite)

ASUS TUF B550

(Budget X570 Board, Priced around 200USD)

X570 ASUS TUF

X570 Aorus elite

X570 Tomahawk
