Hey I'm not sure if this is the place to post this or if anyone cares really. I'm just maybe ranting? I don't know. So I build PCs for people pretty much at cost and I have a lot of fun doing it. It's helping a lot of gamers get PCs cheaper than going out and buying a pre-built and they get an enthusiast grade system with all the settings done properly (gl with that at Dell lol). So anyway. I go out to microcenter and I buy GPUs to put in these systems and sell themed PCs to either people who ask for them or just as a side thing, again just for fun.

So I bought 2 6700xts with my wife recently, and one of them was DOA. I tried switching out power supplies, tried some troubleshooting, and the PC fired up instantly when I put in an old AMD gpu from like 12 years ago. So anyway, I sent the GPU to powercolor, because if I tried to deal with Microcenter I knew I'd only get my money back and not a GPU, understandable in current times but I'd rather have a GPU of course. So I sent it back, they confirmed everything, and it seemed fine. They claim 14 business day turnaround for replacement or repair which I consider reasonable. Point is, I sent the GPU to them on 5/5/21 and they received it on 5/7/21 (all pictures of their own RMA info attached). On 5/20, I contacted them out of curiousity, and they responded within like 4 hours very nicely. I stated we were still inside their marked 14 business days (only 10 had passed), but I was curious of the status (email attached). I received their response that they had a GPU in hand to test and ship me (picture again attached).

Unfortunately it is now 6/17/21... there has been no GPU shipped, the RMA status pictures were taken today. I have sent them 4 more e-mails and have heard nothing. Is there any suggestion on what I can maybe do to get their attention and find out what's happening? They responded so quickly and nicely the first time and now they just won't answer.
