All the fans are set as exhaust fan? Where are your intake fans? Flip the radiator fans around?

This. You have very little cool air getting in. Generally, setting the front (and bottom if you use it) to intake, and the top and back to exhaust works pretty well.

It's a little hard to tell to me, but there *might* be enough room for a 360mm radiator up top.

His Cooler Master MB511 only supports up to a 240mm rad up top.

Thanks Everyone, You have been very helpful.

I have cleaned the dusty pc...but cannot mount the radiator on top or like OfficalTechSpace suggested for the correct mounting, instead I have flip the fans for intake in front and exhaust at the back and top and now I'm pretty happy with the temp,
idle - i'm getting 44 - 50 degrees

when rendering i'm getting 56-65 degrees

suprised on how just placement of the fan changes everything.

Thanks guys
