Hi,

i have a R9 270x 2gb windforce v1 by gigabyte. recently the display went green screen verticle lines. n black out. what i have done (sequential) that didnt work:

1. Format Windows install drivers (windows or download drivers)
2. DDU uninstall, reinstall
3. update card bios using amdvbflash

working (display on, can boot) but display as microsoft basic display driver:

1. after ddu, disabled windows update so that it wont auto update the driver.

did some research on what is happening. on safe mode and GPUz the card was detect as R9 270x. but the funny part is that VRAM information is 0

OH NO!!! can it be repair? replacing the VRAM? how can i check it?

While a repair is "possible", it's not realistically doable for someone without the necessary equipment and skills. A repair service would likely be more expensive than a new card.

@Eigenvektor.. why does mine has to fail at this crucial times.

Yeah, that's really unfortunate timing 😞 You could try asking for a quote from a repair shop, but I doubt it's going to be cheap…
