If the CPU is decent then yes on low its perfectly playable

just keep your settings in line with the hardware and you should be able to play it. DOOM games are notorious for being playable on toasters.

If you have the 4GB version of the 670, and are willing to put up with 1080p nominal and resolution scaling lower than that, at 40-60fps, yes you can play it.

 

2GB 670 is probably outta luck.

 

If I remember correctly from the tests people did when the game released, it runs better on old AMD cards than Nvidia ones. Either way, as optimized as the game is, asking for a AAA title to run well on cards of that vintage is asking quite a lot. Kepler architecture (GTX 600 and 700 series) is almost a decade old now and Nvidia is dropping driver support for it.
