I have a i5-4670K, 16GB Hyperx, 1600Mhz and a G1.Sniper M5. Annndd... a GTX 760...

 

Will it be worth overclocking it?

 

My CPU cooler is a H100i

 

PS. My Ram is running at 1300Mhz... Why ??

For me, it's always worth overclocking. If not not for the performance, then for the knowledge that you gain from it. This goes for both the CPU and the GPU.

 

You have to enable the RAM XMP profile in the BIOS to get the RAM running at full speed, or dial in the speed and latency manually.

Yes I'd say it's worth overclocking it. However I wouldn't go for crazy high clocks as that's when it isn't worth it (heat/noise).

 

Look around on youtube for overclocking guides, linus has one but it's for ASUS BIOS.

 

And yes use XMP in BIOS to get RAM running as rated.
