Tried running dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth, then sfc /scannow in an administrative command prompt and then restart?

I attached a video of command prompt opening randomly while I was playing a game. This has been pretty recent and I installed malwarebytes to make sure that there wasn't anything on my computer (there wasn't). I have absolutely no idea why this is happening and would really appreciate help. I attached a picture of the windows version I am on. Let me know if I am missing any information that might be helpful

Any suggestions on how to stop this would be beyond helpful!
