I7 11700F Cooling Issue

MFDOOM81

Recently purchased a prebuilt with a 3070 and an I7 11700F. After adding 3 120mm fans, new CPU cooler and a new exhaust fan all temps max around 75c during numerous bench mark programs(userbenchmark, timespy, fire strike). It's not until these benchmark's post their results and close that I see temp spikes happening and getting up to around 88c(don't understand this as it doesn't come close to that under full load during the tests). I've also set my offset to -131mV and still seeing the same spike whenever I close out of these apps. Is there anything else I can do outside of potentially putting my build into a case with better airflow?
