I dont know what's wrong with my m.2 SSD?

I just wiped my m.2 SSD, and when I tried to boot my computer and installing windows on it, it kept rebooting on bios screen. I then unplugged my usb drive(With windows on it), and just booted on the emtpy ssd and then it stopped rebooting all the time, I then went into bios and looked at the boot menu and it recognized the ssd. So I was wondering what could be wrong? Is it corrupted/bricked?

Plug in the USB, go to the boot menu, and set the usb to be the highest one.
