Please see attached videos 馃檪聽Focus on fence in background.聽

Any movement on my monitor will go slightly dark and out of focus until it stops moving and the image then focuses back in. Mostly noticeable in games when looking at the grass,trees, fences etc.

Also happens with windows user interface images such as scroll boxes or command prompts.聽

That used to be not terribly uncommon many years ago. 聽Is your monitor old?

Not a pro, not even very good. 聽I鈥檓 just old and have time currently. 聽Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
