teared Foam in Keyboard?

Yeah if you can just place it and it stays there I don't see a problem with it being a bit torn. Worst case as I mentioned you glue them together or something.

Why are you putting foam in your keyboard and what do you want to accomplish?

 

Is this to put between the keycaps and the faceplate?

 

If it tore just tape it back togheter, use glue (ones that don't melt foam), or whatever it's foam plenty of ways to attach that back.
