Does the NZXT H510 Have good airflow I am thinking of building a PC one Day

do you think it will not fry up my PC

Not really. If it's airflow you're after, there are much better options.

Lian Li Lancool II Mesh

Phanteks Eclipse A series (p300a/400a/500a)

Cooler Master H500M mesh

Fractal Design Meshify series

BeQuiet! Pure Base 500DX

...

The NZXT cases have great minimalistic design and build quality, but airflow is sacrificed for the looks.

The H510 is one of the worst airflow cases on the market. The cases already mentioned are a good place to start.

I'd just suggest to stay away from Cooler Master, as they sell mainly cheap garbage.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.
