Direct X ERROR

When trying to launch NFS Heat through EA Play i get an error and the game crashes, ive attached the error below in a photo. I tried reinstalling the game and it still wont launch. pls help. same error when launching through xbox app other games on steam are fine and mugsters on ea play is fine.

i just updated to the latest driver

also nfs heat used to work fine on the same rig

Another thing I noticed about this error is your screen resolution.Old games don't run well on Modern PCs with high resolution monitors.Width info and height info are related to screen resolutions.

the games only 2 years old

if i launch it from another monitor or have another monitor plugged in it works fine. idk what happened

Ok,according to some information,the issue was caused by GPU drivers.Did you try DDU and fresh install them again?
