Personal Gaming PC Not Working

So around a few months ago my pc suddenly stopped working, I woke up and tried to power it on and nothing happened, for reference all the rgb lights come on and everything powers properly (gpu fans spin)

although my peripherals fail to light up expect my mouse mat, but I get no output even with my igpu 

Specs are as follows 

I7 8700

RX 570 8gb

32gb ram 2666

Some asrock motherboard 

Corsair 450w

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I have tried a new PSU

and Reseating ram

It's some form of h310 motherboard*

So if you did nothing and it died. 
Something inside died. Have a similar prob on X570 all parts work fine its a dead MB cant prove it yet but its a good bet

Or I did do something wrong. which I plugged in ram while the system was still hot. i did all parts tested and good. Iam a similar pickle

Keep me updated on that cuz I have 0 idea
