Lol, since I came from console I was used to tactical layout with knife on B button aka unreachable

 

After doing that for 2 years I have no knife reflex and will knife if I'm out of ammo on primary and pistol 

Oh man, I understand exactly what you mean. 

My step brother literally only played the run n knife class but he used tactical. I never understood it. Not a bit. I'd have to change it every time I played back to normal and hated it.
