some G.Skill F4-3200C14D-32GTZN. I can run DOCP with either stick by it's self but as soon as I enable it with both the system will lock up when entering windows.

That means the stick or the CPU memory controller cant handle it in its DOCP profile. Just run manual overclock and input its speed and timing manually with higher voltage (1.35-1.39 would be my cap for daily driveable overclock, but you can run up to 1.45V.)

That kit runs at 1.35v stock, you might have to go to 1.45.

But the issue is the caslatency. Cl14-14-14-34 Is extreamly agressive, 16-16-16-36 done panually might be fine.

I could use some help with this!

please, pm me if you would like to contribute to my gpu bios database (includes overclocking bios, stock bios, and upgrades to gpus via modding)

It can be that too. But if OP pays extra for C14, keeping it that way would be good. But yeah, if its still not stable, 3600 C15 can be a less aggressive alt.

Also if they are not in the correct slots for dual-channel it might go wonkly when setting OC profiles.
So make sure they in the 2nd and 4th slot from the CPU. (Or check manual to be absolutly sure).

Never mind, posted this before i noticed its a 2 slot motherboard. My bad.

Got it working at 15-15-15-35 @3600MHz 1.35V as suggested. Oddly enough It just wouldn't work at 3200MHz no matter what timings I set. I now install all the software I need on this build.

Thanks for the help, did not think going to a higher frequency would work due to 3200Mhz at any frequency not working.
