My computer is not POSTing

This is the build. I just built my PC and now it is not posting. I tried reseating the RAM and cleaning it. I also tried CMOS and nothing is working. I don’t know what the issue is. Please Help!

 

PS: I was going to do the cable management after I get it to POST.

Did your case or motherboard come with a little speaker? 

should look something like this

Have you tried posting with only either ONE stick?

Can I realistically call myself a gamer, if I only play ONE, twenty year old game...?

Did you test boot it, before you built in into the case?
