I tried to build my first PC, but parts were either out of stock or way to expansive. I started looking to buy built systems and came across two that fit my price range, but their specs are a little different. This is my first time doing this kind of thing, and I don't know what works with what, or which is a better fit for me. I would like to use this system to play hoi4, civ 6, and maybe some COD with decent speeds and minimum game lag. @Moonzy told me to fill out the form and I don't know if I did. Sorry bro still learning here. Here are the specs for the PC's and their links. What I want to know is what would be the best setup out of these two for my use case. Ryzen 5 3600 or 3600X? RTX3070 or 2070 SUPER?

PC 1: Skytech Gaming – AZURE Gaming Desktop – AMD Ryzen 5 3600  – 16GB Memory – NVIDIA GeForce RTX3070 – 1TB NVME SSD

PC 2: CLX - SET Gaming Desktop - AMD Ryzen 5 3600X - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER - 480GB SSD + 2TB HDD

They are both $2,049.99 US. Is that a good price?

Thank yall for the help and sorry if I didn't follow the rules/guidelines. I don't exactly know how to implement them or what they are.

Get the Skytech, way better deal, add a big hard drive if you need one.
