problems with MasterLiquid ML240L V2

hey, it's my first time here. I builded a pc like 1 month ago.

 

the components are:

 

i5 10400

 

MasterLiquid ML240L V2

 

msi b460m pro

 

Crucial Ballistix 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 CL15

 

Western Digital Blue 500 GB M.2-2280 SSD

 

Deepcool MATREXX 50 ATX Mid Tower

 

EVGA BQ 500 W 80+ Bronze 

 

My mobo does not have a waterpump header, but i managed to make the system work, but i have a problem, i have no ports for the rgb to work. I wanted to buy

 

an adaptor but i have no idea what to buy, can someone help me? Even the fan are working at the max speed and idk why, they are connected to the sys_fan1 header, while the head pump is 

 

connected to the cpu_fan1 header. How can i make the rgb work and control the fans?

 

Btw the rgb have the 3pin cable, while the fan have the 4pin cable.
