hey not sure if this belongs here since i have never had this problem but i thought i would bring it to attention. If you have purchased a subscription like me and then upgraded it like me then make sure that you go back a check to make sure the old one does not renew. I did this and it still renewed. 

Exactly what happened:

bought bronze

2 weeks later bought silver/canceled bronze

end month charged for both bronze and silver not a big deal thought i was still charged for that month so i checked and canceled again

end of second month same thing happened and made sure to cancel

 

its not really a big deal since its only 5 bucks, but to everyone who got a membership make sure your previous is canceled or else you might lose some money

 

i know it seems stupid, but i usually am very picky when it comes to stuff like this because money is money and having it happen twice is kinda annoying, but never the less hope this helps someone
