Mini itx build advise

Akkor

Budget (including currency): 850 €

Country: Italy

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: I'll use this pc for work, programing, web surfing with a lot of opened tabs, watching video, gaming WOT and WOWS or some like settlers or similar

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Mini ITX build
I'have seen a lot of configuration with various cpus and videocards but I'm a bit out from new hardware specs

I need your help to choose a best solutions with my budget
If You have this budget what hardware will you choose ?

The cpu needs to be changed to the i5-11600 version. The i5-11600K is a 125W unlocked part. The motherboard will not allow overclocking and isn't designed for unlocked cpu.

A z590 or a z490 with an upgraded BIOS. The difficulty will be finding a cpu cooler that fits in the case and will do a decent job.

What best fits the budget will depend on availability and cost of the gpu.

I use this for my 5800x

https://www.amazon.it/Noctua-NH-L12S-Dissipatore-per-CPU/dp/B075SF5QQ8/ref=sr_1_5?__mk_it_IT=ÅMÅŽÕÑ&dchild=1&keywords=Noctua+L-12s&qid=1622762961&sr=8-5

It's 70mm with the fan on the bottom side. You also can add a second fan on top if you end up with room. My Silverstone case said 82mm also, but was closer to 90mm. I wouldn't bank on that extra 8 mm until it's in hand though.

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

I will find your mentions of Ikea or Gnome and I will /s post.

Project Hot Box

Why is the 5800x so hot?
