oh wow

its look "normal" but its have this thin film thingy on the substrate of the gpu die 

some sort of plastic maybe?

What specifically in that image are you referring to as "brown stuff"? 

 

For the record, there doesn't appear to be anything wrong with that GPU from that picture.

Kapton tape. Its there as a shield to protect smd components on the gpu substrate.

So far i have resat everything and uninstalled my old driver for a new one
