Lag in all games

I don't know how this started happening, but all of the sudden all my games have been having these weird ping spikes or just have lag. Which include Team Fortress 2, League of Legends, and Overwatch. I don't have footage of Overwatch, but I do for TF2 and LoL.

I have a Geforce GTX 1080 and AMD Ryzen 5 1600 Six-Core Processor. I have the DNS inside the Internet Protocol Version 4 to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. That didn't fix anything. Any help is appreciated.

That looks very much like network lag or possibly Not enough RAM, though I'm leaning more towards network. try running a speed test. the one built into google is pretty decent or the one from ookla has been pretty good for a long time.
