I have recently finished pouring all of my money into this PC, and it is functioning very well and I've gotten it pretty much dialed in; except for the RAM. My kit is rated at 3200 MHz, but I've only been able to boot the system when it's running at 2133 MHz. Switching to the XMP profile will restart it, but I can't even get into the BIOS again without removing the CMOS battery. I've already tried updating the BIOS, but I can't figure out what to do.

Here are my system specifications:

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600

CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i Elite Capellix

RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro (32 GB, 4x8, 3200 MHz)

Motherboard: MSI B550-A Pro, BIOS version 7C56vA6

GPU: Gigabyte RTX 3060 Gaming OC 12 GB

Storage: Samsung 970 EVO 1TB M.2 x 2, Samsung 870 EVO 4TB SSD

PSU: Corsair RM850 850W

-------Update------

Dialing down RAM speed didn't work, the only way to get the system to boot is with XMP disabled, at stock speeds of 2133 MHz. I'm thinking maybe my motherboard is just not equipped to run at full speed, although I was able to enable XMP for 3200 MHz when the build only had a 2x8 16GB RAM setup. Any advice is much appreciated.

your cpu should be able to run 4x stikc at 3200mhz. Are you sure you have the newest bios?

also try enbaling XMP but then dial bakc the ram frequenzy to 3000mhz and try again

enabling XMP causes the failure to boot, I'll try dialing back frequency though. I am also on the latest bios
