CSGO fatal error

My PC Spec is 

CPU : I5 3470S

Ram : 8GB DDR3 

HDD : 1 TB

GPU : GT 630 1GB DDR3

When I Ran CSGO . It shows fatal error . I verify the files . I update my my steam client . But it still shows this error. I am using pirate version of Windows 10 Pro latest version (Don't tell me to buy a windows legit copy I Don't have that money). I am also using IDM crack version. Is this because of crack software that I can't play CSGO .

Thread locked. You can't expect things to work correctly if you illegally pirate and crack operating systems and games. We're not going to help you troubleshoot and fix your pirated software. If you want customer support; buy the products.
