You won't need watercooling for a budget CPU 🙂 also if you can choose a different case under $100 we can give you better options for the CPU. You can swap the monitor for an AOC C24G2 165hz, but it's not on PC Part Picker. I also added a HDD since we had some budget left which we can use for storage. Up to you if you need it or not.

  • Intel 11400 is a better choice than the CPU you've picked
  • You don't need an AIO for that set up
  • You don't need to buy thermal paste
  • I wouldn't spend an additional $100 on fans you don't need
  • Those speakers are likely trash, get some Mackies for the same price
  • Keyboard is kind of meh. Get something like a G.Skill KM780 and put the money saved into a better monitor
