Orcus backdoor not working

hi im new to this sort of stuff and i dont usually do this but i thought id prank some friends and when they opened the exe they just got a message saying "windows cannot access the specified device,path, or file. you may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item" but when i opened it myself it worked fine.

 

anybody know how i can fix it?

That's evil. I'm glad that it isn't working. Nobody here will help you to do this. Installing malware on unsuspecting users computers may also be illegal, depending on where you are from.
