RAM fans

I find this part of my computer building which I find lacks information to make a decision on before I buy. So my question is at what point would I need a memory fan and what brand?

Would it be for a certain GHz and above?

For overclocking above 3200 only?

For the LED show on the fan?

the ram fans and heat sinks was there for marketing. even water cooling ram is for looks then any thing els.

I have dyslexia plz be kind to me. dont like my post dont read it or respond thx
