Copy files somewhere else, delete the RAID volume, reinstall.

You sure it's set to raid 0? As far as I know one single drive can only be set to volume raid..? Well I don't think any of my boards let me put a single drive as raid 0, 1 etc...

Well, regardless it should be fine.

If they were in RAID0 you'd have one volume that's 320GB, so something's amiss.

Well you'd be limited to the HDD's performance, but you already are.

Set it to copy, go to bed, wake in morning to files transferred.  Have breakfast?

I would listen to Kilrah, he's not wrong.  Something is amiss.

Do you see the SSD or a Volume for the RAID?

Achtually I am, that single volume would be 640GB. Should probably go to bed 😄

Hmm ok, only one volume detected.

Can you do this, go download HWInfo? https://www.fosshub.com/HWiNFO.html

In HWInfo main window locate Drives and expand it. This is what RAID will look like.

Does it look like that? Screenshot?

Skjermbilde 2021-05-25 112127.png

EDIT: Well, if you are seeing RAID array(s) there. You can run it like that but your SSD will be limited to the speed of your HDD as mentioned before. However, doesn't all data need to get wiped in order to make a RAID 0,1,5 etc partition? I'm pretty sure it does. Regardless, what I would do is back up any important data to USB something or cloud service something and delete the array and install OS again.

EDIT2: What if only the HDD is set to RAID and you have no RAID drivers installed. You can't see the HDD in Disk Management and the HDD is probably set to volume RAID like my HDD is. Which should not be a problem. Just install the RAID drivers for your motherboard and the HDD should be there HOWEVER and it's a big however unfortunatly. You probably have to make a new partition on the HDD which would make your data hard to recover.

Hey thanks for answering. So weirdly my pc doesn’t have raid anymore and runs how a ssd should but I’m still confused , so I made a raid with my 512gb ssd and 320gb hdd Then probably unplugged the hdd and on the screen said raid 0 failed and when I tried to boot without the hdd only ssd it wouldn’t work , now however works without the hdd but it’s not even showing in the bios. Also the hdd is empty I just want to install a new 32bit win for an old laptop
