Basically I had restarting problems, i returned the motherboard and bought a new one (previous question + build etc

At this point i dont know what to do, the restarts have stopped however I do not know what this means. It worked properly these last few days even on benchmarks, today it suddenly gave a white pixilated screen ( video below) ....What could be the cause for this ??!
