36-42C Idle

My GTX 1060 6GB (MSI, have it since 2016-2017) is about 36-42C on idle, 82C when playing Overwatch on Ultra (Max). Is the idle normal?

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3800X 8-Core Processor 3.90 GHz (bought it around 2 weeks ago)
RAM: 32,0 GB (bought it around 2 weeks ago)
WINDOWS EDITION: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit


Still learning about computers, sorry if im not clear.

Idle temps are fine.

The load temps are a little high, but nothing overly concerning.

 

One simple way to get them down is to improve your case cooling.

 

What's your case and how many case fans do you have?
