Gpu cooler mod

I currently have a gigabyte "GeForce® GTX 1650 MINI ITX OC 4G" installed in my system, it works fine and the thermals are fine. However, it is very loud. The minimum fan speed is 60% witch has the fan at about 1600rpms at idle speed. This fan is very loud and rather annoying. I was thinking I could replace the gpu cooler with one that is quieter. Would this work? Any product suggestions would also be helpful.
