Deleting EFI system and recovery partition for harddrive in order to clear install windows 10 on ssd

Hello!

I want to reinstall windows 10 completely on ssd and don't want any of windows files on Harddrive can So can I delete EFI system and recovery partition for hard drive?

If you are reinstalling Windows, Yes. When reinstalling Windows only have your ssd connected as Windows may reinstall the efi bootloader back on the HDD during installation

So I have to physically disconnect harddrive form pc?

You really dont need to, But its a safe practice to only plug in the drive you wanna install the operating system on when you install any OS.

Yes. Because WIndows tends to install the bootloader to the first drive it finds. Which may not be the same drive you chose during install
