I would get a solid b450 or better yet, b550 motherboard (so you can upgrade to Ryzen 5000 in the future)

The better option of too buy something like the 11500, use the iGPU, and then when the shortage ends get a 3070.

That's a fair point. The 2060 is more powerful than the 1660 super but not by much. Same with the 3060. I've even seen benchmarks showing the 2060 and the 3060 yielding very similar performance in game. Don't get me wrong, they're all great GPUs, but the upgrade doesn't seem like it's going to give you a good price to performance boost.
