Country: US but alaska so shipping is hard

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:  mainly Minecraft to tf2 but some programming and 3d rendering

need monitors(preferably 2) upgrading from chromebook so yep  I would like 1440p at 75 hertz I also need at least 3Tb of storage

Ok, so both Minecraft and TF2 and barely multi-threaded. Like Minecraft is almost entirely single threaded and TF2 can't use more than 4 threads across 2 cores. As such I would have recommended a CPU with less core to save money, but you are doing programming. Do you do lots of programming and are you being massively slowed down by your compiling times? Because compiling is extremely multi-threaded and the 3800X is a great choice. But if you aren't focusing a lot of time and effort on programming I would instead recommend something like the Ryzen 5 3600 or the 3600X. I won' be recommending the 3600XT because it is not worth the premium over either the 3600 or 3600X

 

You also do 3D rendering, which is mostly GPU dependent, but that depends.
