Trident Z G.Skill RGB 1 led not working

Hi all, I recently bought the Trident Z G.Skill RGB 3200MHZ C16. I calibrated the colours to white as my theme for my pc is black and white. However, I noticed that when I changed it to white, one of the led was a bluish colour and I also noticed that the lighting is very dim despite it being on maxed. I was wondering if the one of the led lights is faulty? Or did I do something wrong on my part?

I have Dragon Centre, G.Skill RGB program and RGB Fusion downloaded if that makes any difference.

Hardware:

Cpu: i5 10600k

Mobo: MSI z490-a pro

Gpu: gigabyte 2070 super gaming oc

Ram: trident z g.skill rgb 3200mhz c16

LEDs on RAMs are notorious for dying left and right due to heat. Its probably dead.
