Help, pc wont start!

Go to solution Solved by crisisweird25,

Okay sooo I may or may not have forgotten to update everyone on this, so It was the motherboard and I decided to get the Asus B365M pro 4 as it was compatible with everything I have in my build. it is now up and running and i have been loving it so far! thanks to you lot for helping me out on this!

So this is my first pc build and after getting everything hooked up, it wont start. I found out that the front pannel wasnt actually connected with f pannel connections but other than that i have no clue what is wrong with it. Any help would greatly be appreciated thanks!

I keep thinking its the psu and that i forgot to plug in something. What does Perif 1 mean / stand for?

You really should give your full spec on this.

Are you sure that PSU switch is on? Is every cable clicked shut?

your build list has very odd choices that really do not make any sense at all.

anyway is the front panel connectors connected now? When you press the start button nothing happens? that indictaes that the fornt panel connectors are not in or the psu is not on.

remove the front panel connections, use a screwdriver to short the power on pins

If that doesnt work, faulty board
