as long as water isn't leaking from punctured tubes, then no. You can take a pair of tweezers and form the fin back into a semi normal shape.

Looks like you just damaged the fins and not the tubes. If you ever look at a radiator on a car it will look a lot worse but still be perfectly functional since those fins just spread and dissipate the heat. They don't carry any type coolant inside them. Those straight lines from end to end are the actual passages or tubes for water flow.

If not leaking, is the performance compromised?

No, its just one fin in hundreds maybe thousands. Its still attached on one side so it will still conduct heat as intended. Just take tweezers and form it back into a normal shape as much as you can to allow air flow through it.

In theory yes in reality no. Its an ever so slight obstruction to the airflow so you will not notice anything.

12 hours of Mayhem's Pt 1 and many, maybe 6x ea, distilled water rinses later... And we're done for the night... Leave them open to dry, or plug them up you think? Tomorrow I will start to flush them with a pond pump, filtration system, and distilled water for the rest of the week I guess btw
