Need some advice from Pc veteran's

Budget (USD): 1,500 or 1,200

Country: The United States

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Cs:go, OverWatch, Minecraft, Valorant,  and any other games I find on steam..

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I'm planning to hook up a oculus quest 2 to sidequest games and for Minecraft vr and maybe streaming but I'm not sure and I would like to stay itx since the small form factor.

Any reason for a big itx computer? At that point you might as well get the cheaper same size micro atx version. As for specs it can be better but depends on your answer to the first part.

Why do you have 2 very similar 512gb drives?

Just get a 1Tb drive

I wouldnt consider then NR200 big

 

OP, consider 1 1tb ssd instead of 2 500gbs and switching to Intel 11400 and an 11th gen itx mobo

Agreed. Mini ITX stuff is often much more expensive than their Micro ATX variants.

Unless you have a specific need for two separate drives, then a single 1TB is going to be better. Either way is fine, though.

Agreed, although its not big per say. Still, I agree with what you said about Micro ATX. Unless its like a HTPC, I never really saw the point in something like an SG13 when you could go way cheaper and get like an InWin 301 which is not that much bigger.

Exactly. Most itx cases really arent that console tuck away size anyways so why not just go a step up but look for the smaller cases.

Maybe a different SSD. Pretty sure the Sn550 is DRAM less.
